Please call the day before your procedure/surgery between 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM for your arrival time. Call Friday if you are having surgery on Tuesday.
From the North
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 5. After the toll, turn right at the traffic light. Follow Route 541 south through two traffic lights (1.7 miles). At the third light, Route 541 bears right (at Burger King). Make a right, proceed to the second traffic light, and turn left onto Route 537 (Washington Street). Proceed to the next traffic light and turn right onto Madison Avenue (Route 691). The surgery center is approximately 1/2 mile on the right.
or Alternate North Route
Take Interstate 295 South to Exit 40A (Route 38 towards Mount Holly). Proceed approximately 6 miles to Madison Avenue (Route 691). Take the jug handle, cross over Route 38, following blue & white hospital signs. The surgery center is two blocks off Route 38 on the left.
From the South
Take Interstate 295 North to Exit 40A (Route 38 towards Mount Holly.) Proceed approximately 6 miles to Madison Avenue (Route 691). Take the jug handle, cross over Route 38, following blue & white hospital signs. The surgery center is two blocks off Route 38 on the left.
From the Southeast
Take NJ-72W west, enter next roundabout and take second exit onto CR-644. Turn left onto CR-644 / E. Hampton Street. Continue to follow E. Hampton. E. Hampton Street becomes S. Pemberton Road. S. Pemberton Road becomes NJ-38W. Turn right onto Madison Avenue. The surgery center is two blocks off Route 38, on the left hand side.
